Tour With the Unquenchables - Upcoming Tours

• Air New Zealand Golden Oldies Festival in Sydney 2010
  The Unquenchables are currently looking at the possiblilty of touring to the Golden Oldies Festival in Sydney 2010 from 26/9 - 3/10 Before we register a team at this event we need to know approx interest levels so have a look at the site and let know of your interest. He will arrange a mailing list for the touring party by early January 2009.
  
  
• The Vintage rugby festival in Cape Town 2010
  The Unquenchables are currently looking at the possiblilty of touring to the Vintage Rugby Festival in Sydney 2010 from 29/8 - 4/09 Before we register a team at this event we need to know approx interest levels so have a look at the site and let know of your interest. Coming events 2009

• Australian Masters' Games Feb 20th-March 1st. Box Hill players participating for various Clubs
• Club 50th Anniversary 1st game will be Box Hill v Uni in all grades including Veterans and will be the first time all of Club have played together since 1998.
• Anticipated back for 2009 are Alex Tautau, Wilf Van Schaaik plus a dynamic center we are assured is top draw. Also in the pipeline could be a couple of the 'good Bluff boys' making a return and if the 3 one gamers turn out as regulars we could give next year a shake. Missing from the lineup and will be a loss are Andy Thompson (Qld) and Paul Ramage (England)

Around the Club

• The AGM was held Dec 11th Keith De Kretser was re-elected Presdent.
  Unquenchables voted onto the committee were Glenn Hill re-elected Treasurer,Greg Joubert Vice President,Paul Moran Maintenance, Stuart Ramsden Social Events and Zyg Klimecki Vets rep. Well done all.
  End of season/Xmas drinks on 18th was well attended........... Bar Talk and photos along with seasons review-2009 expectations are to follow.
